Mars Reel Media Payment Terms

You may order a Trial or select and purchase tiers and services offered by Mars Reel Media, subject to the terms below.

Subscriptions

Mars Club account charges are fully earned upon payment and there are no refunds, transfers or credits for partially used months, missed workouts, training sessions, or years, as applicable. If a workout session is missed or a member does not attend a workout session for any reason, said workout will not be deemed eligible for a credit or refund.

If any fee is not paid in a timely manner, or Mars Reel Media is unable to process your transaction using the credit card information provided, Mars Reel Media reserves the right to revoke access to your account.

If your credit card reaches its expiration date, your continued use of Mars Club constitutes your authorization for us to continue billing that credit card and you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. It is your responsibility to keep your contact information and payment information current and updated.

Refunds

You may cancel your Mars Club account at any time; however, there are no refunds for cancellation; if you cancel before the end of your billing cycle you have access to your account for the remainder of the billing cycle. In the event that Mars Reel Media suspends or terminates your account or this Agreement for your breach of this Agreement, you understand and agree that you shall receive no refund or exchange for any unused time on a subscription, any license or subscription fees for any portion of the Service, any content or data associated with your account, or for anything else.

Price Adjustment Policy

If the price of a subscription is reduced after you purchased it, we are unable to make any refunds or credits towards the difference in price. Mars Reel Media does not offer price adjustments for a subscription period.

Trials and Promotions

Mars Reel Media may offer discounted subscriptions from time to time. Unless otherwise noted, the promotional price is available for the first month, after which regular pricing will apply.

Mars Reel Media may offer a trial subscription from time-to-time. Trials require a valid credit card to be started. A temporary authorization may be placed on the credit card to assess its validity. This authorization will be removed after 24-48 hours but may vary by bank.

Trials may be canceled at any time prior to expiration.

IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION BEFORE IT EXPIRES, YOU WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY ENROLLED INTO A SUBSCRIPTION MEMBERSHIP FOR THAT PRODUCT, TIER, OR SERVICE WHERE YOU WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY BILLED MONTHLY. WE WILL CHARGE YOUR BANK, DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD ACCORDINGLY FOR THE PRICE OF THE SUBSCRIPTION AS WELL AS ANY APPLICABLE TAXES.

From time to time Mars Reel Media may include special offers (i.e, Mars Reel merchandise or physical product) as part of entering a subscription. Special offers are only applicable or included with subscriptions and NOT trials.

When a trial expires, the credit card added will be charged for the plan selected at the onset of the trial. Once a charge is made, there is no refund available and the account is treated as a subscription.

You may select the products, tiers, or services within a “Trial” or “Limited Time Offer” that may consist of free content or workouts. By opting into a “Trial” or “Limited Time Offer”, you will automatically be enrolled into a subscription membership after the Trial expires.

IF, AFTER RECEIVING YOUR TRIAL, YOU DO NOT WISH TO SUBSCRIBE, YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AT ANY TIME BEFORE THE TRIAL PERIOD ENDS BY EMAILING SUPPORT@MARSREEL.COM 24 HOURS A DAY, 7 DAYS A WEEK.

Currency

Mars Reel Media offers subscription plans in USD. The currency of a subscription cannot be changed.

Billing and Payments

Mars Reel Media accepts the following forms of payment, bank or credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, Apple Pay, and Discover. For your convenience, we will save your bank or credit card information.

You may be charged local tax, if applicable. If your payment method is declined, we will attempt to process your charge until the transaction is approved. We and our third party payment service providers may request, and we may receive, updated credit card information from your credit card issuer, such as updated card numbers and expiration date information when your credit card has expired. If such updated information is provided to us and our third-party payment service providers, we will update your account information accordingly and will use such updated information to process payments for your future purchases and subscriptions. Your credit card issuer may give you the right to opt out of providing vendors and third-party payment service providers with your updated credit card information. If you wish to opt out of your credit card’s updating service, you should contact your credit card issuer.

We are not responsible for any fees or charges that your bank or credit card issuer may apply. If your bank or credit card issuer reverses a charge to your credit card, we may bill your account directly and seek payment by another method including a mailed statement.
